From July 25-30, 2022, we had an amazing time hosting our summer camp in which over 15 students and parents joined! We brought in 5 inspiring speakers who are woman aviation professionals and Laya also taught lessons geared toward the fundamentals of flying. The week ended with an in-person field trip at the Emil Buehler Center for Aviation where the FIT Aviation staff gave a facility tour and all of the girls also took turns flying the simulators.
